Important: Websites are rented, not owned. If you cancel your subscription, your website remains with LocalSEOOS. You may request deletion of your personal data as outlined below.
What Happens When You Request Data Deletion
- Personal Information: Your name, email, phone, and business details will be deleted from our database within 30 days.
- Website Content: Since websites are rented, your website and its content remain the property of LocalSEOOS and will not be deleted but will be deactivated.
- CRM Connections: Access tokens and CRM connections will be revoked immediately.
- Analytics Data: Your website analytics and performance data will be anonymized.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, email us at:
Support@RealEstateOS.com
Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and provide:
- Your registered email address
- Your website domain(s)
- Confirmation that you want your personal data deleted
Before You Request Deletion
We recommend you:
- Export any content you want to keep (blog posts, photos, etc.)
- Cancel your subscription through your dashboard
- Download any reports or analytics you need
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.
