1. Service Description

LocalSEOOS provides AI-powered SEO automation services including blog writing, social media posting, and Google Business Profile management for real estate professionals.

2. Website Rental Service

Important: Websites created through LocalSEOOS are provided as a rental service. You pay a monthly fee for access and use of the website. If you cancel your subscription, your website and all associated content remain the property of LocalSEOOS. You may export your content before cancellation.

3. Subscription & Payment

Services are billed monthly. You may cancel anytime. Upon cancellation, your website will be deactivated at the end of your billing period.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any original content you provide (photos, bio, business information). AI-generated content is licensed to you for use while your subscription is active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services legally and ethically. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

LocalSEOOS is not liable for business outcomes, lead generation results, or search engine ranking changes.
